Willow Springs Winery was the first VQA certified winery with a vineyard in York Region. Our winery specializes in Icewines and out Vidal Icewines has won five consecutive years of gold medals in Canadian wine competitions! Our winemaker, Mario Testa, honours his family's Italian winemaking roots, adhering to time-honoured, old-world techniques including sustainable agriculture, low yield and hand-harvesting and sorting grapes, all producing elegant and distinctive VQA wines.
